A newspaper advertisment by the Organization of People for Indigenous Rights (OPI-R) from 1985, which for various reasons, sadly rings true today. I won't put an English translation, but if you are interested in learning to speak Chamorro, this is a good opportunity to find someone who does already speak it and ask them to help you translate this piece.
